Employment Visa Processing

After the medical check is completed, we process the employment visa for candidates who are fit and ready to travel. Once the visa is stamped, we continuously update the candidate’s visa status and prepare all necessary travel arrangements for departure.

Pre-Departure Orientation

As per government requirements, we conduct mandatory pre-departure orientation sessions for all selected candidates. This training provides guidance on salary structure, working conditions, culture, and lifestyle of the destination country.

The orientation helps workers adapt quickly to their new work environment and improve productivity. Our training includes country-specific information such as immigration rules, labor laws, social customs, cultural awareness, and basic language knowledge.

Travel Arrangement & Documentation

This is the final stage before departure. After visa endorsement, we complete all travel arrangements and ensure all required documents are properly handed over to the worker, including passport, air ticket, orientation certificate, and necessary guidance materials.

Candidate Documentation

We maintain complete individual files for each selected candidate, including:

• Application form

• Original passport details

• Personal information (family details, etc.)

• CV and work experience

• Educational and technical certificates

• Driving license (if available)

• Recent photographs

• Medical report

• Employment contract

Immigration Support

We assist candidates with immigration clearance from the Department of Labor (BMET) and guide them through all required travel documentation such as boarding forms, exit permits, and security procedures.

Departure Management

After completing all formalities, we inform the employer about flight details and arrival schedules. Our representatives ensure safe drop-off at the airport (Dhaka or Chittagong) and provide final assistance before departure.

Mobilization

Once the visa is received, we arrange fast deployment of workers, usually within 10–15 days. We also guide candidates on airport procedures, immigration process, and travel rules.

We further provide country-specific guidance on laws, culture, traditions, and workplace behavior to help workers adjust smoothly in their destination country.
